IT'S A TIRING DAY!!! ^_^!!! BUT FUN!

Went for a swim in school (1st time) with my honey and darling! heex! Swam a few laps and honestly...it's so tiring after each lap. Have to start training again to get my lungs back into shape! haha! But it was very fun! Many thanks to Jingyuan for his goggles if not i will be swimming from lane 1 to lane 8...=.=

Quite a number of things happen...Got a guy tries to 搭讪me and my honey..but lucky he's quite g00d-looking...haha...Must be honey's good figure atttracts guys lorh...^_^!! and guess what...guys nowadays seems to like to hug one another in public pools...that's what I see anyway (maybe abit generalise?)

Ohh, my 第一次 also happen during the swim! haha! We went to jump of the 3m platform! haha!! It was scary (not abit only) but you got to jump no matter what (there's a queue behind me, no choice). You will floating in air for less than 2 seconds and "splash" into the water. The moment u enter the water, you feel human again. I didnt dare to try the 5m platform, but Jingyuan is very "ZAI"! He went to try and did it beautifully (unless you looked under the water :) ). Maybe next time I'll try the 5m platform, only after I master the 3m platform, I supposed! ^_^!!!

Anyway, after that went to shower and had our dinner at Canteen 2. I didnt know that there's a new stall that sells snow ice. We ordered 2 different flavous and enjoyed them!!!

Here they are:

2 VERY SINFUL desserts...^_^!!!

Chocoreo! Milk snow ice with bits of oreo's cookies and hot fudge /YUMMY!!!

Green Tea Snow Ice with peach toppings on top! (Can't help it, Peach is my FAVOURITE!) ^_^

Let's go do more swimming in future!!! ^_^ /EXERCISE!!!

Just came back from my 1st facial treatment! ^_^!!! It was fun but PAINFUL!!! As you all know, my skin has never been good so I have a hard time during the whole treatment. What to do when I want to be nice nice. HOHO!~ I have just sign up a course and I have 5 more treatment to go. I would say that it's affordable for students so if you are interested in taking up a facial treatment course, just inform me. :)

雨过天晴了!!! hehe!~ finally those days are over...and I can openly laugh and smile from now on! ^_^!!

Went shopping today and only manage to find 2 dresses...but unfortunately it's too BIG for me...

:( but I really like it so...still deciding whether to buy and alter it or...find something else with similar design...
A simple tube white dress..but look elegant enough for me...HAHA!~
This has a similar design as the top but with a flower in the middle and the top is abit curve with a flowing bottom.
While walking I happen to chance upon this dress...really nice...like a princness...but the price is abit too steep...around $160...=.= *considering-in-process*

Need some lobang on where to get nice pretty and cheap gowns...quite urgent...so remember to tag me if you have good lobangs!!! ^_^!!!!

A BIG day's coming real s00n!! *giggles!*

함 께 해 요 (Us; 我们的未来) By: 리 안 (Lee An)

"此开始 我们都一起 不管事情多难过
偶尔望着天空 开怀大笑吧
让所有不愉快 都被带走
能希望 我们有 美好的未来"

This is just the chorus of the full song. But the meaning is simple for everyone to understand. :)

Keep on smiling and you will find happiness in everything you do.

**Specially delicated to Cindy! Hope you'll smile more and MORE!**

"When life gives you a 100 reasons to cry, show life that you have 1000 reasons to smile."

Things might not always go your way, but you can always control how you want your life to be. I know that the one thing I can't live without is my FAMILY & FRIENDS so I make sure that for everyday I live, I will put a smile on them. So that of the 1000 reasons to smile, I manage to put one of the smiles on them.

"The most beautiful thing is to see a person smiling.
And even more beautiful is, knowing that you are the reason behind it!!!"

A smile doesnt take up much time or energy so when you see someone you know, smile @ him/her. Life's short, you never know when is your last smile going to be. But I sure want my last smile to be remembered by my family and friends! ^_^

**SMILE!!!** and keep on smiling.

Just a little update...

I just realised that time really passed VERY FAST! It's like the 5 week into school and I'm still lost about the school work. Thus, projects and tutorials are piling up and getting higher and higher. :( Been really busy with the Korean Night, pasting of posters around the school, preparing the flyers, cutting the tickets (lots & lots of thanks to my dear friends cindy, jingyuan & cedric who helped me!! ^_^) and going all the way down to Katong Mall to collect the hanboks. It's really tiring!!! Well, it's good experience since I've never done any Publicity work before :).

Anyway, just settled my IA stuff and I'm still getting worried about whether I can managed to get the placement in Chartered. Hopefully I can do well for the interview and get another chance to work in Chartered again. ^_^ *good luck!* (to my dear friends too!!!)

Hmm...getting abit poor nowadays...hopefully I can get all my pay soon! Have to start thinking of saving money for future use and was thinking of opening a savings account (those that you deposit a fived amount of money monthly). Ohh, anyone have lobangs for tuition kids, ranging from Primary 1 to 6? Heex! Just drop me a mail or call me 24-7! ^_^

The hanbok that I rented from Hanbok House. Cute isnt it? /giggles!

Happy Birthday MeIzHEN!!! ^_^ Hope you like the surprise that we have for you and may joy & happiness be with you always!!!

Attended the Navy talk and can't resist not taking a picture with Jingyuan (1st time wearing so nice leh! Heex!!!)! Opps...someone missing...it's Cedric..he's the photographer...

Olympics Games for the win!....

Yeah...it's been 4 years since the last Olympics and I looked forward to watching all the live matches telecast on tv. You have a kick out of it when someone score a point for the team and you'll just jump up and shout "OHH YEAH!" (even though Singapore is not participating in the match).

I was watching the table-tennis match when I realised that in the Woman Singles' China might be dominating the top 3 (which means that the platform during the award ceremony, all flags will be China), unless our player, Miss Li Jia Wei wins the Bronze Medal Match. Unfortuantely, it was a 4-2 lost to Guo Yue. But then, I thought that Miss Li got on a great match. Well Done!

China have the best table-tennis players...this is a fact that we all know...but then...since they're already the best, who else is to compete against them? I think maybe next time they should not include China in table-tennis...HAHA! They are already top in the world, so maybe they can let others compete among themselves...^_^ *just an opinion*

Top 3 China players, Gold medalist Zhang Yining (C), silver medalist Wang Nan (L), bronze medalist Guo Yue. Well Done ladies! ^_^

Anyway, I'm looking forward to the closing ceremony. I missed the Opening ceremony and heard from my friends and newspaper that it was GREAT! So...I wont miss the closing ceremony this coming sunday because I believe if they can have a great start, they will have a great ending too. ^_^

Grumpy...

Kind of tired of hearing someone nagging at me everyday...It's as though I really did something wrong (which I dont even know what is it) and I have to amend it. If I did something wrong, just tell me and I'll apologise for it. Instead of giving me a cold shoulder and leaving me alone to deal with the cold atmosphere.

It's been almost a week...and things do not look better at all...well too bad! Because I'm not going to do anything about it until you say something. I'll just stay in school and do my stuff and come home late late...that's all...and that's final...!

CoE Appreciation Dinner *yeaH!!!*

Yup, today (or should I say yesterday since it's already past 12 midnight) we had an appreciation dinner by the C0E Dean, Prof. Pan who treated us at Parkroyal on Beach Road Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant. It was an enjoyable evening with all the students involved in the skit presentation during the CoE Freshman Orientation + the 2 MC (Master of Ceremony). We ate alot (I mean really alot! =.=) and went home with lots of good memories and a FULL stomach.

If I get to have a chance, I would like to join back the skit team to perform once again for the freshmen. Maybe this time round, I might try another role. Something more challenging and funny? /giggles

A million thanks to everyone who made the skit a successful play and remember: the skit might be over but the MEMORIES WILL LAST US FOREVER! Do remember to keep in contact since we're all in NTU. ^_^

11 students + 2 professors = FUN @ CoE! ^_^ /cheers!!!!

NATAS Travel Fair 2008

Just before school starts, I went to work for a travel agency at the NATAS travel fair. I was just an escort who will give out the leaflets and if the guests are interested on any packages available, I'll just bring them to our booth (simple job but TIRING!). Anyway, it was my first time so it was fun and I get to understand how it felt to be the one giving out leaflets instead of receiving it. It's kind of sad when people reject you (so from now on, I try to take all the leaflets given to me ^_^).

It was a 3 day event and by the end of the 3rd day I was beat! (It's at EXPO so I've to wake up at 7am to reach there in time) But I enjoyed myself there since I've Jieying (she's doing sales), Cindy & Jingyuan to accompany me. Ohh yeah, not to forget Cedric who come to 客串 on the 2nd day *heex!*

I realised that actually Singaporeans are RICH!! You see, people who come to the fair have already had plans to go for holidays (if not why waste 3 bucks for admission, right?). So when they saw the packages that they like, MOST of them would just put the deposits and usually it's a family package so it's like $10+k in total. Well, maybe I dont go for holidays annually so to me this is really new...^_^ I'll work harder in future so that there's enough savings for me to go SEOUL! HAHA!! That's my dream and I'm working towards it.......

Anyway, some pictures taken at the show! Enjoy!~~~

Those are really cute snowman-s....*bl & cedric* /giggles

We can do the twist! Yeah!!! HOHO!~
*pat our head!* heex!~

trying to be F1 girls~~ *maybe not* =.=

It was a fun and enjoyable experience and I hope those who did buy a package, ENJOY YOURSELVES!!!! ^_^

Holiday's work....^_^

As you guys know, I'm having my long holidays (finally!!!) now. Yeah it's good but i'm kind of rotting at home now...so it's not doing me any good except wasting my time and watching tv...and eating + sleeping long hours...Well...yeah that's about what I've been doing for the past week.

But then, I did take up part-time jobs...like working as a Game Master in the Army Pride Day (which had been 2 months and our pay is not here yet!!!), welcome ambassador (it's just sound nicer than rover) in Sentosa.

The whole group of us working as Game Masters ^_^

As a game master in the Army Pride Day, I've to learn how to play some of the puzzle games created by ThinkFun and guide the kids and parents visiting the booth. It was a 3-day event and we've to work from 9am onwards. It wasnt a very tiring job but then we have to stand up because it's a roadshow and there isnt any chairs for us to sit. We know a number of army personnels (some even from the Air Force and Navy). We chit-chat abit and understand some of the stuff inside MINDEF (since I dont go army I learn quite alot from them).

My dinner at New York New York (*yuMMY*)

After the Pride, I went to be a Helper for the NTU Family at the Singapore Zoological Garden. It was a FUN day but the rain did spoiled some of the kids' mood. It's very wet and dirty!!! After the event ended, Jingyuan and me loitered around the Zoo and in the afternoon Cindy and Cedric joined us. We went for different animal shows and left the zoo around 6pm and went for dinner @ AMK's New York New York. I had the biggest chicken..haha and it's deLIC-ious...

Nothing much to show when working at sentosa (cause handphone is not allowed to use when on duty) so....what we do is pretty much just say hello to guests...wave to an incoming train (when nobody is looking at us =.=) and guide the guests to board the train. Basically that's what we do for 7 hours and you've to stand through. I took up the job because the timing is flexiable and it wont clash with my special term. :) Well, I dont think I'm going to continue once school starts. It's a very tiring job.

that's about it...^_^ /signing off

My 21st Birthday!!! (Part 2)

Heex! This entry is to continue with my 21st celebrations! WoW! I felt so fortunate to have so many friends that remember my birthday! Thanks a million!

The 2nd part of my celebrations was organized by dear and Alvin helped to reserve the tables at Orchard Sakura and got me a Champange Grape Birthday cake by Swissbake. I have to thank them both (ALOT!) because they called many of our secondary friends and poly friends who took time off specially (because my birthday falls on a weekday) to meet up and chit-chat and also send me well-wishes. ^_^

The whole thing supposed to start at 6 (reservation states that we're arriving from 6.00-6.30) but because I cant find the bakery (which is located in Takashimaya B2), by the time both tg and me arrived outside Sakura, it was already 6.40pm. We had 2 gorgeous ladies (Qianwen & Kaiyan) waiting for us for like 40 minutes >.< *s0rry!!!* We decide to procced in first while waiting for the rest to arrive. Hmm...we started to eat...because so much food there and it's VERY hard to resist! By 7, Karin, voonling, mun yeng, qiao xuan, kimsua & haoyu, jiasi, jasmine came. The last one to come was Alvin but it wasnt his fault because he had to sail that day and took a cab to rush down to join us (appreciate that! ^_^)

FOOD...FOOD...FOOD...

Once our stomachs are filled, we sang birthday song and make wishes and cut cake and take pictures..and and and...(routine stuff of a birthday party...) I guess just look at the pictures to see for yourself the fun we had! ^_^ We stayed until the Sakura boss rushed us out (it's already over their closing time) and loiter around Orchard for awhile deciding what to do next (since it's only 10pm and it's EARLY!). We consider going K-boxing, but it was too expensive for 1 person and after much thought....we went to Cineleisure to see whether there's any movies to watch.

*Q-ing for tickets for Red Cliff*

Finally our turn and it's only left with the first row *_* and yes we did buy the tickets (we've queued for so LONG!). Ohh YEAH, don't forget, we have to thank our 鄂州 Mr Wang Jiasi for paying with his UOB card for the 10 of us! Yes! He treated everyone with the movie treats!! (that's very sweet of him!) Initially, I thought he wanted a kiss from each ladies (3 guys + 7 ladies = 10 people) but...he's too shy...so....ladies we are in LUCK! HAHA!!!

The movie...well...it's very nice because I enjoyed it tremendously and I like the guy who acted 赵子龙 but everyone was like "HUH?!" because they felt that the 赵子龙 by Audy Lau is better. Well...I felt differently. Andy Lau is nice-looking but not in 古装 show (that's only my opinion :) ). For those who havent watch the show, it's going to have a PART 2 so 拭目以待吧!

By the time the movie ended, it's already going to be 2am. Luckily, we have Kaiyan's bf who send everyone home! *thanks thanks* It's a long day for everyone but WE HAD FUN! ^_^

My 21st birthday cake! ^_^ it's very delicious wor... ^_^

Me + Birthday cake = happiest girl *giggles*

dear + me ^_^ with my birthday cake...he's already aiming for it! HAHA!

With my lovely Bird Family! Love them all!!! :)

All my secondary friends + Mr Jiasi & Miss Haoyu (Poly) :) they're the best!

Chicken & Poo family! :)

My buddy since Secondary 1! We look quite alike right? hehe!!

Force dear dear to take another picture with me! ^_^

My current LIFE!

I just read through my post on Life in University and realised that it was really a hard time when I first started school. Thus, I decided to write a new post on my current life. ^_^

It's been a year (almost! To be exact! :D) since I have started schooling in NTU. Yeah, life wasnt easy because lots of core modules and PYP (for those who dont know, it means Past Year Papers) to complete. Results wasnt that good (or should I say it's BAD!), but I didnt manage to 打包 (means bring forward) any modules to the next semester. When school started, I made it a point to attend all lectures and tutorials so as not to miss any important information. Things started to go well...all modules were taught by really nice lecturers and I even took up Japanese class (wanted to take Korean instead but exam schedule will clash with my core :( so...).

When it's time to start revising for final exams, I have enough time (more than last semester) to finish our revision and I try to do summaries for every chapters for each modules. After every exam, though very tiring but at least abit more confident than what I felt the semester before. Results out...and it was much better...and I was like....whoa...finally...but then it means I have to work even harder to mantain or get even better results in the subsequent semesters.

Once I get use to the momentum, I think that life in Uni can be very fun and relaxing. When it's time to study, STUDY! When it's time to play, relax your mind and go enjoy yourself. I believe that time management is also very important~~!!!

Currently, I'm learning Korean at the Cambridge School of Language. I think that from now on, I have to pay attention to how I manage my time. I believe that I can do well in both school work and language school assignment! ^_^

^_^ ^_^ ^_^ looking forward to school re-opening! It's a brand new year ahead!!! *Fighting!*

My 21st Birthday!!! (Part 1)

Hehe!!! Just two words to describe: FUN & MEMORABLE!!! (^_^) Actually there was two different celebrations. One by my university friends (which come as a surprise!! haha) and the other was by secondary (also poly) gang! haha!!! A million thanks to these friends (you guys are a DEAR!!!) for giving me such a memorable birthday!

The first party was held on 10th July 2008. It was a thursday and the plan was to celebrate Cindy's Birthday (which was only the 7th, but she wasnt in Singapore). However, because it was weekday, some of us were working, thus we can only meet up for dinner instead. The rest that were not working, well (GUESS WHAT?), we decided to go to Sentosa to have some FUN first. The best part of the trip is that we save up to $27 per person and we can visit the attractions inside Sentosa (*thanks to Cindy* and also the ticketing Miss wati who gave us complimentary tickets). Not to forget, we really have a great time inside these attractions (HEY! it's my first time into these attractions, so if i behave a bit kaisu, please forgive! HAHA!). *though I have to keep worrying about Jingyuan who kept on touching switches and moving things around! ^_^* We spent almost the whole day inside Sentosa and laughter is all around us (some screams can be heard though, courtesy of Jingyuan + Cedric *_*)

This is a view taken at the top of Merlion. Dont be fool by the dim brightness, it was really SUNNY (as you can from my glasses). Courtesy of Qiaolin and her wonderful camera. ^_^

After the trip to Sentosa, we went to meet up with other friends at Plaza Singapura, Jieying and Su San (unfortunately, Meizhen and Serene have some last minute thing and cant make it). We went to have some GREAT food @ Manhattan Fish Market (if I didnt remember wrongly it's located at level 6). I wanted to try the seafood platter but due to my recent recovery from C.P, I decided to stick to Fish 'N' Chips and I enjoyed it tremendously! The portion was big and I couldnt finish it. Someday, I'll go back and try out their seafood platter!

I went to toilet with Cindy, and when I came back I realised that the whole table is cleared and I know something is wrong! *haha!!* There isnt a seat for me and I have to share the other side of the table with Cindy. That was the surprise that I have gotten from these uni friends! It was a celebration for both Cindy and ME! ^_^ We have a birthday song by everyone and also some of the crew members in the restaurant. The interesting part is to eat a wedge of lemon coated with salt and pepper! well, it wasnt that bad as I thought...Just very sour, very salty and very peppery. haha!!! I drank a whole cup of water after that! Next is the cutting cake ceremony...haha! It was very 温馨 and touching and I have a hard time to cut the cake so our Cedric did the honors and slowly and carefully cut each slide for everyone of us. The present that they have given me was so GREAT that I have 好好的用 already! hehe! It was "Hello" vouchers and I used it to buy my Samsung Soul! wahahaha!! Thanks alot!
**Hope Cindy's love her present to0!!!**

Well...that's part 1 of my 21st birthday celebration. *enjoy the pictures* ^_^

Cindy & me!!! Hehe!~ *Guess we're the birthday girls that day* ^_^ /giggles

Birthday girls + Birthday cake!!! *deli-ciouS!!!*

The whole gang of uni friends!! *Love you guys!*

Quite artistic right? Taken by Qia0lin! ^_^

The wedge of lemon coated with salt and pepper by everyone! One each for Cindy & me.

**All Pictures courtesy of Qiaolin's camera!!! Thank you!!!**

Korean Drama: Heart of 19 a.k.a Pure 19

Recently I was busy watching this Korean drama series: Heart of 19. I saw it first on Channel U and honestly it was so funny that I decided to buy the whole series and watch during my holidays (yeah currently I'm on holidays!!! ^_^).

Brief introduction:

Cast:

Koo Hye Sun as Yang Gukhwa

Suh Ji Suk as Park Yunhu

Lee Min Woo as Hong Ugyeong (Not the member of Shinhwa :) )

Lee Yoon Ji as Park Yunjeong (Yunhu’s younger sister)

Synopsis:
Gukhwa is a young country girl who leaves Yanbian(China) for Korea to get married.. When she arrives in Seoul, she finds out that her fiance had just died in a car accident. Instead of returning to China, she decides to stay and create a new life in Korea. With the help of her fiance's family and in particular his nephew, Woo Kyung, she is able to overcome the hardship of living in a foreign country.......

This series is differnt from what I normally watched. It's 167 episodes long!! (Yeah I know it's VERY LONG *_*) But I only took 3 days to complete the whole series (haha!!). Actually each episodes is about half an hour only (Thus, if you watch on Channel U and switch to DVDs, you have to ignore the episodes # that u see on Channel U since on tv it's an hour long). Therefore, 167 episodes is about 83.5 hours long which if you watch for 24 hours straight, you will only need 3.5 days (heex!!!). The best thing about this show is that you never get tired of watching it. The whole series will keep you entertained!!! ^_^

I love the 4 main characters in the show. Each of them have their own style of acting which fits their profiles exactly. I was wondering whether these are their characteristics in real life (heex!!). If you guys have watched the show, do not be deceive by the looks and age. Koo Hye Sun, Suh Ji Suk and Lee Yoon Ji are still in their twenties. But Lee Min Woo is already in his thirties (CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!). Honestly, Koreans really can keep their skin in good hands! Maybe it's due to the 4 seasons there? I heard that winter in Korea is SUPER cold. Someday I'll go and experience it and tell you guys whether it's super cold, ya? haha!!!

I like the Park Yunhu character alot. I wouldnt say that because he is handsome (THOUGH HE REALLY IS HANDSOME!!) that makes me like him alot. I guess it's something about the character. You can see how cold he is towards people and by the end of the show become a totally different person. ^_^ The love that he gives is what I want in my real life (and I have gotten it from my dear dear! heex!!)

Both Koo Hye Sun & Suh Ji Suk make a good couple (in my opinion), unfortunately they wouldnt awarded the best couple award. :( Well, keep up the good work guys!!! ^_^

Ohh, one more thing, the characters in the show have won a number of awards during the KBS Award Ceremony 2006. You can visit http://www.kbs.co.kr/drama/2006award/index.html for the full list of the winners (though it's all in korean :(...). Or you can visit the official site for Heart of 19 at http://www.kbs.co.kr/drama/soonjung/index.html (unfortunately it's also in Korean). Just play around the site and look at some of the really nice pictures!!!

One last thing! They have lots of really nice song and music in the show. The main theme of the show is sang by Koo Hye Sun herself: Sarang ga. If you guys love the show you will also love the OST! ^_^

Hope you enjoy the show!!! ^_^

Trip to Changi Airport

Heex...Finally exams are OVER! And guess what, IT'S TIME FOR FUN!!!! HOHO~

Anyway, I have been sleeping for the 2 whole days (to get back all my energy and sleeping hours) and I'm feeling so fresh and happy now. Since it's holidays, of course we must enjoy ourselves right???

HAHA!! So we planned a trip to Changi Airport Terminal 3 (Since it's also the Open House for T3). We met up at Tenah Merah MRT Station and board the train together to Changi Airport. We had a tour guide to bring us around explaining some of the special features of the newly built terminal and after that we walked around and take some pictures. It was really fun to have all our friends around, playing and joking. These are some of the pictures that we've taken on that day. Feel free to look at them!!! ^_^

The whole group of US @ Changi Airport Terminal 3 ^_^

6 girls + 1 guy = 幸福 but please don't think otherwise!!! /giggles!!

Each of us represent an alphabet for the word "IMMIGRATION"

(though we've 1 person less *_*)

LIfe in University

I just had 3 of my worst exams paper in my WHOLE life. And guess what? 2 more's coming right up.

Just 4 months into school and my stress level has been increasing and increasing even though it's pass the limit. Life in Uni is definitely DIFFERENT from my poly's life. Since the start of school, i have never skip any lectures (though i did skip 2 during the last week of school b4 exam), attended all the tutorials class (except 1 thermo and maths class) and done all my assignments (only after my tutors have went through them), I sort of have the basics of what I need to learn in all my modules. I did complete most of the past-year papers and went through all the tutorials before i went for my exams, but WHY DID I STILL DO SO BADLY?

Honestly, those past-years paper doesn't help much. Most of the questions are repeated and answers can be found in the lecture notes or tutorials. But why is it that when it's my turn to do the exams, all the questions that came out are "new" and are something that i don't know. So what do I do? You can't expect me to leave it blank (NO opinion means NO MARKS), so i just wrote whatever i can write and hand in the answer sheets.

I kept on wondering whether it's because i'm from poly and uni life is really more for JCs' people? People used to tell me that poly students can adapt to uni life faster than JCs' students. I never understand why. I think the similiarities between uni and poly are 1) you get to wear your home clothes, 2) you can skip lectures whenever you like 3) more flexible school hours. So why do all these help us poly students to adapt to uni life fast?

Since i'm already in U, i just hope that everything's going to be good. AND I PROMISE THAT WHEN THE NEXT SEMESTER COME, I'LL WORK TRIPLE-LY HARD!!!!

wish me LUCK because i really need them now. :)

What becomes of me....

Just came back from 2 months of FUN in China....Finally back in Singapore. I wouldnt say that I miss Singapore that much because China has its own fun (though i miss some of the Singapore makan places ^_^) I saw many things that one cannot see in singapore. For example, while travelling to another city, i saw this big lorry carrying a lorry full of little piggy....*_* Can we see this in Singapore? Another thing is that they have different way of transportation. In singapore, we only have cars, MRT and bus. But they have donkeys to pull them and also a 3-wheel vehicle which i dont know what is it called. This 3-wheel thingy is used as taxi there and the driver will decide the fare before driving you to the destination.

The air at tg's house is really good. Very clean and pleasant. Every night after dinner, his mum will bring us down to the park and have a walk. We will walk for an hour while enjoying the night's view. This walk helps me to maintain my weight as i have been eating more than i should (*_*). But it cant be helped, because the food there is so nice. They have different varieties and it's very cheap (compared to Singapore). Tg's family also takes a long of time off to take me to a lot of places to see....wow........

I didnt want to come back to singapore..because one: i will difinately miss tg's family...and second: i love the food there...haha...If i got time i will still go back to china because it's so big and there's a lot of places for me to discover...HOHO

It's been a long long time

I realised that i have not been here for quite a long time so i decide to come here and drop a short note ^_^

Right now i'm having my industrial attachment program @ Chartered Semiconductor. It's been fun cause i'm working now!!! (^.^) I get to earn my own pocket money and also to be independent. You see, when u are working, whatever your boss want you to do you have to complete them yourself. Though i only work on paper work (seldom step into the fab), there are still some stuff that i cant understand and i have to ask or to find out myself. I have really nice people working with me so i can approached them easily.

Another 3 months, i'll be graduating from Ngee Ann (though the official graduation is in april). Time really flies. It's just like a blink of the eye and you are out of the school. I'm still considering whether to start working or continue studying. I guess i have to wait and see how's my result, ya? *_* /giggles

how?!!!!

In another 48 hours, i have to present my final year project. And here i am writing a blog. I have just spent the last 5 hours testing my circuits. I couldn't test all cause i did not have all my ICs with me. Those tested so far is ok..but then i still have problems how to connect all the small boards up. Worse of all is that tomorrow i have to show them to my supervisor!!! mY goddness...

Can i finish all the work in 2 days time?! that's really a challenge. Unless i stay overnight for the next 2 days? but then i think i'll even have the strength to work.

Hopefully i can complete everything by then. HOHO
