Super duper hot day

Well, as usual, my Saturdays never fail to follow according to my plan. WHY? (I think it's quite obvious!) I was woken up by a phone call at 11am (thank god! If not I'll still be a pig) and realized that I'm really late for my ECP trip. Plan was to go down to the BBDC to block book my driving schedule, but in the end, no choice, it's gotta be done today instead.

I took almost 2 hours to get ready (which includes mostly deciding what to wear, full protection for the face, and dilly dally here and there) and leave the house. =.=|| But then, I'm still earlier than "you"! HAHAHA!~

Had our lunch, and off we go to pitch our "long-time-never-use" & "collecting-lots-of-dust" tent to leave our bags in so that we can go for a nice cycling trip. Unfortunately, it started raining, and there goes our plan (AGAIN!). So we decided to pitch the tent and hide inside while enjoying the cooling breeze. 20 minutes later, the rain stopped and Mr Sunshine is out! And, it's damn hot inside the tent that we had to leave it and sit on the grass patch instead. I was totally burned from the strong sunlight! Till now the face is still 红红的!~

So sunny, but the wind is strong, at least able to keep me from sweating much :)

Quite a 扫兴 day cause I really wanted to cycle. But then, it's dinner time and I'm supposed to meet some friends of his, and I'm quite excited! (I'm just too sociable, isn't it? ^_^!!!) Had a great dinner at Popeyes @ T3 and chit-chatting sessions with the gang. I so loving the fire-fighter's stories! HAHAHA! Gonna meet them up soon again for more stories!~~

HAHAHA! Wanted to try the slide, but realized that those in the queue is either 12 years old and below or less than 0.9m. So, I didn't dare to go sliding (even though the staff "encourage" me to give it a try).

The night didn't end well, as I was reminded that next week is gonna be a super long week, because of his duty as a Singaporean! Don't like it at ALL! :( Am a moody girl right now :(

Some little things can definitely cheer me up lots ~

Right after work, I decided to try my luck to see whether my employee badge is ready,so I went in to the security room to ask about it.

Me: Hi, I came to see whether my pass is ready.

Uncle: Employee pass?

Me: Yes

Uncle: I don't remember seeing you, is this your first day?

Me: No, it's already my 3rd week into work.

Uncle: HUH?! Give me your employee's number and I'll check for you.

Me: 3416

Uncle: Ohh, okok, I'll check for you. (2 minutes later) Wah, I think you look real pretty in person.

Me: *STUNNED!* (Thinking to myself, I looked so different meh?)

So I smile at him and took the pass over. And HAHAHA, I definitely agree with the uncle!!! I looked quite cui in the photo, especially my hair! OMG! So messy!!! Hopefully no one will notice, I'm going to hide the picture! >.<""

But then I went out with a happy smile on my face, all because of the uncle. LOL! :) :) :)

Ohh, I just realised that my employee number is quite nice. 3416: 3 + 4 = 7 (month) 16 (date) which is my birthday! HAHAHAHA!~~

Little little update, with more to come, and lotsa pictures!~~

waH! So many things just happened the last 2 week, wedding preparation + actual wedding (for my Kor kor!!!), dearies chalet + bbq and rushing off to the airport the next day for our 海南之旅. Damn tired, but it's all for the sake of FUN! I'll slowly get my sleep back, and never regretted any of my plans (which are so packed!).

First of all, 恭喜恭喜 to my brother! :))) Finally, I get to sit at a VIP table at a wedding banquet LOL :) And planning a wedding is definitely not an easy task, I'm so tired (even though the one getting married is not me) from helping out small tasks (which is a lot!). Thus, morning affairs not much photos, got to wait for the photographer before I can post any of them up :)

Mummy & me, I think this is one of the best self-shot I've taken so far *LOL!*

Early comers get to take photos first :)

Cousins all the way back from Australia :) *thumbs-up!* Haven't seen them for quite some time! :) :) :)

 The newly-weds :) *YAY!*

Drinking wine is my favorite! HAHA! :))))

Practically all the cousins from Daddy's side :) There's quite a number missing though (BIG FAMILY!)

Eldest cousin's daughter :) She's looked so china-dollish that I wanna bring her home! *MUACKS!*

Alrighty, after wedding, it's super last minute packing for the 海南岛之旅 before zooming off to the dearies chalet. :) Reached around 8 plus, and everyone has already eaten the dinner. But RK and gang are super nice to cook more food for me! :))) Was quite hungry and all the way till 2am we chit-chat in the room. *YAY!* I love these moments where everyone gathers together and talk non stop.

Flying off to 海南岛 for our graduation trip. Alright, this trip is supposed to be 4 person, but in the end turn out that only 2 person is flying off (due to some unforeseen circumstances). Anyway, since only the both of us might as well try to enjoy and besides, we will be meeting his sister over there to play. ^_^!!!

Before landing, it's all greenery and farm houses :) Pretty! :))))

And it is well known that 海南岛 has lots of coconuts! :) *whee!* But I don't really like coconuts so no, I didn't try drinking any fresh coconut :) HAHA! We spent 2 days at 海口 which is the capitol for 海南岛. The weather there was HOT (similar to Singapore!) and just spent 10 minutes outside without an umbrella, your shirt will be soaked with sweat. But then, their humidity is very low (dry) thus, you won't feel sticky at all.

Pizza for the 1st night dinner, because we haven't get our directions well yet, we didn't dare to walk too far away for dinner. We settled for Pizza hut because it was good business (from what we saw through the window) and it's true, their standard ain't as bad as I thought :)))

Satisfied from the dinner! *YUMS!*

臭豆腐 is yummy! But Mr Lin don't know how to eat. Just a small bite of the corner and he surrender! *opps!* But this 臭豆腐 is quite spicy (there's chili sauce on it) and I also cannot tahan HAHAHA! :)

文昌鸡 which is better known as 海南鸡饭 is not that nice as I thought it should be. The meat is so tough and hard which make is so hard to bite! :( I think granny can make better 海南鸡饭.

海口 is not much different as Singapore because it's quite a city with lots of CARS. Their horns never stop from morning to late night. Even though we stayed at the 15 storey, we can see hear the car horns clearly in our room. *BLEAH!* The road signs there aren't that clear so we got lost a lot of times, and by the time we walked back to the hotel, we are so tired. LOL!~

The best part is at 三亚, so beautiful that I will WANT to go back again! :)))) But more on that on the next post. Super tired from the work nowadays.

But stay with me, ya? *MUACKS!*
