Sometimes, when work is stacking up on you, datelines to meet, and tests just round the corner, it can be overwhelming to handle all at one go. At times like that, a little bit of care and concern definitely can cheer me up. But, is that enough? Or is that all I can get from you?

Seriously, I'm thinking through what I really want.

Final Destination 4 - HORROR!!!!

Yup, it's 1.50am in the morning and here I am blogging. Guess what? I just can't make myself go sleep because I'm all alone in the room after watching "The Final Destination 4" and I'm scared shitless. Pardon my language, but I'm REALLY scared! :'(

If you have not watch this latest movie, I suggest you to think TWICE before buying the ticket. It's just too "gory" for me. Ohh for those who don't know the meaning of "gory", it means covered or stained with blood (1st time to come across this word). Wow, right from the start of the movie, blood, brain, broken arms, etc are what you will see. Ok, I know I shouldn't say much (in case you guys plan to watch), but then one word of caution, BE PREPARED! I practically hug my bag throughout the whole show and just focus my eyes on the edge of the screen with my face covered by my hands. And my friend here actually sit almost to the edge of the seat as though he's enjoying an action show. *OMG!*

I supposed if you guys watched all the previous FD, you will know that none of the characters survive in the end. So it only means one thing, you CAN'T cheat death. If it's your time to go, just let it go. But instead of worrying when is the "TIME" coming, how about enjoying every minute of your life to the fullest? :) :) :)

Start by NOT taking things for granted and treasure every sweet moment with your family and loved ones. :) :) :)

*Shouldn't have suggested watching this show in the first place =.=||*

Such a disappointment :(

Just completed the Singapore Bay Run 2009 and I must say it was quite a disappointment. It was way worse than what I had hope for and seriously, I think that they should improve on it, if not next year, maybe all you can see are just army guys (who had no choice =.=| ) running only.

Flag off time for 10kM Women Open supposed to be at 7.15am, but dragged all the way till 7.30am before they let us up the staircases onto the Esplanade Bridge. It was super stuffy below with so many people squeezing that small space, waiting for their turn to go up the staircase. Some of the guys were not able to go up because of the limited space and they missed their flag off. By the time I crossed the Starting Point, it was already 7.40am.

Along the way, quite a nice scenery, cause the morning sunlight was really great on some of the office buildings. I jog slowly for the first part enjoying the sight and relaxing since I'm running alone. Jingyuan and Han had started before me so I had to chase after them (which I have no intention of doing! ^_^!!!).

Honestly, nowadays, "aunties" (around 45-50 years old) can run super fast. I was following the pace of this "auntie" and at the 5kM point, I really cannot "tahan" liao but she was still going strong!~ I feel kind of guilty because I'm much younger than her but still cant run better than her lorh >.<"" /sign!~

Ended the run at around 8.50am. But I only managed to get my bag at 9.20am. This is the worst part of the whole event. Those army personnels messed up all our bags and couldn't find them when we came to collect them. It was super messy and people just shouted out their numbers and ignored the rest. I scolded one of the officers because he isn't doing a good job in organizing his people and the runners which leds to super big mess. Totally sux! =.=|||

I wasn't planning to go back next year!~ This shall be my first and last Singapore Bay Run!

I just found out something new from playing Farmville in FaceBook. And I didn't know it for the past 22 years.

That is brown cow gives chocolate milk instead of milk (giggles!). Don't believe me? Here's the proof~~~

So, now you guys know that different color cows give different flavors milk. So the next time you feel like drinking banana milk, buy a yellow cow!~ :) :) :)

Cheers!!! :) :) :)

Freshmen Welcome Ceremony 2009

:) I attended my 2nd Freshmen Welcome Ceremony and once again I wore the undergraduates grown. This time round, I manage to find a seat with a "S" size grown instead of "XL" which is the one that I worn the first time...super long and you can't even see my legs =.=||

I, especially like the Light Up Ceremony because the view is really nice from the top. Like what the Emcees says, to create a magical sea of light. Indeed, you saw a magical view as the lights slowly lit up row by row :) :) :)

I know you guys must be wondering why I attended the ceremony when I'm already in my 4th year (LOL!). Well, honestly, I'm not there for the goodies bag though it's very attractive (30% true) but to support a friend of mine who's performing solo singing a song that I don't understand (HAHA!).

Of course, I get to enjoy the lunch buffet with lots of kiddy junk food like popcorn, candy floss and ice-cream! :) :) :)

These photos came a bit too late cause they were taken during the rehearsals before the actual performance :) Heex!~~~Anytime, anywhere, anyone, just snap a shot because we're always ready! ^_^!!!

2 "fake freshies" sitting among all the real freshies >.<" But then I think I looked young enough to be a freshie /giggles! :) Super nice atmosphere with all the balloons hanging all around. There are many freshies "kopping" the balloons after their lunch...>.<"" Fake freshies + performer :) :) :) With lots of junk food on our hands LOL!

He can really sing well :) Hahaha!~

Must be wondering what's inside right??? heex!~~

2GB thumbdrive!!!~~ :) :) :)

Heex! Now I have enough space for all my documents + pictures + movies + songs....

CoE Freshmen Orientation 2009

The long awaited day have came!~ Finally after many meetings and rehearsals, it's time to perform on stage for everyone! *wheee!* This year was just as fun as last year and I managed to attend all the meetings so that I wont miss out on any updates! Heex! I have thoroughly enjoyed myself and also to gain a bit of experience on how to write scripts (though I didn't write much!).

Many thanks to those who helped out in one way or another to make it a successful performance! Especially Lee Hong (the staff in-charge of us) for putting up with all our nonsense and tolerating us for always being late for rehearsals! Without your support and help, we would not have been able to perform well! :) :) :)

Not to forget, the 2 emcees who helped to click our slides so that the audience will be able to understand better on what the whole skit is all about! :) Thank You!

Last but not least, to each and everyone acting inside. Because of YOU, I have enjoyed myself a lot and bring back lots of memories! Even though the skit is over, our friendships will always last! :) :) :)

THANK YOU!!!

MSE performers!~ All geared up for the big show time! ^_^!!!

I super love this photo, everyone smiling happily and excited! /Cheers!!! :) :) :)

Even though MSE is not the biggest engineering school in the whole of the College of Engineering, we've the most number of students performing. It makes us unite as one and hopefully in future, more students will participate in this annual event! :)

Smiles! Laughter! FUN!!! :) :) :)

Picture says a thousand words! :) All smiles and laughter is how spent the day in Nanyang Auditorium! :) :) :)

Hopefully next year before I leave NTU, I get to have one more chance to perform on stage! :)
