What can you do when you have nothing to do (while working) and trying to make time pass faster? Guess?...?...? YES! That's right! Take pictures!!! ^__^ With a bunch of friends of course! :)

The goggles are so big make my face look a bit smaller? :)

Smiles!!! This is the first time we are slacking inside the lab ^_^! And bosses not around so can play around *lol!*

Yeah I know I'm supposed to be working now..but...my reaction is super duper slow so can slack a bit bit ^_^!!! FINALLY!!! Jurong Island is raining! I mean really really big rain! Until all you see is just a blur sight. I think raining is good make the air fresher and easier to breathe. But makes us all drowsy (especially after lunch) and want to take a quick nap. *_*

Time seems to pass quite fast when there's work to do. I supposed that's a good thing since I cant wait for holidays to start again. I think have been craving for holidays until these few weeks just feel like slacking at home instead of going work. :)

4 more months of IA to go!!! *wHEE!*

I have never done any DIY facial before. WHY? 1) I don't know what to mix with what and 2) I'm kinda lazy to do these stuff. Until recently, I realised that my skin abit "CUI"!! It's getting abit more dry. Is it telling me that I'm getting older? *Ohh DEAR!!!*

So...early in the morning I woke up and prepare a simple DIY facial mask. Nothing fancy just egg white and honey!!! ^_^!

Honey softens and is a great egg white addition. Mix one egg white with a tablespoon of honey and a drop of essential orange oil. Smooth on your face and let dry for maybe 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

I wouldn't say that you can see the effect straight after you wash off the mask. But it's kinda leave a cooling and fresh feel on your face. I think besides doing all these facial mask, having enough sleep and drinking more water are essentials to having good skin. :)

Egg whites with honey! :)

Someone gave me a very interesting example to describe how a relationship works.

Imagine you & your partner are lost in a forest. All you had was a packet of match sticks and trees (No torch light!). Say the GIRL has the match stick and the GUY is the one in-charge of providing the wood for burning. If the GUY doesnt want to chop down trees, there isnt any chance of setting up a fire and both of them will be living in darkness. But if the GIRL doesnt want to help light up the match sticks, even with the wood, it wont burn by itself.

I think it takes 2 to make a relationship works. If one doesnt want to be part of the relationship, then let it go. Keeping him/her by your side will only hurt the both of you. But remember, never make a rush decisions. THINK carefully!

**Ks, thank you for spending time talking to me. Finally I understand how to de-stress myself and live my life fully! /Appreciate!**

My 1st Blood Donation!!!

Happy Valentine's DaY!!! Yupz! It's supposed to be a loving day filled with joy and laughter and happines! Unfortunately, it doesnt happen to me. :'( But it's alright, cause I did something more meaningful!

I went for my 1st BLOOD DONATION!!! *whEE!* Why Valentine Day? I think it's double meaningful because not only you're helping to save life, you can also go with your loved one to do it together. Share the joy and happiness together with one another. It's really nice to see couples going there together and also families (the dad will be explaining to his kids that donating blood is not painful but a meaningful thing). It's a warm feeling in HSA (Bloodbank @Health Science Authority) seeing so many people waiting for turn. I waited for almost 3 hours to complete everything (from registration to medical check-up to blood test to donating blood).

Since this is my 1st time donating, the donar aides there are extremely friendly to me. They make me super comfortable while on the lying chair waiting. Blankets for me and many of them will come to you and asked "Are you feeling ok?", always with a smile on their face. I learnt of some facts today:

1) One must be at least 45kg to donate blood. If you weigh from 45 to 49.5kg (estimate), you will donate 300mL of blood. If you weigh more than 50kg, you will be donating 450mL of blood. (I'm not sure whether you can donate more than 450mL of blood.)

2) Donating Blood is NOT PAINFUL!!! Before they insert the super big needle (to suck your blood out, *lol!*), they will inject you with a local painkiller. You might feel a prick (like an ant bite on you). After awhile they insert the super big needle into your flesh. It's not painful at ALL!!! ^_^!

3) The aides there are super nice! They will make sure that your veins can be seen before inserting the needles. So don't worry about them digging into your flesh searching for it :)

Got myself a limited edition watch from them! Wahahaha! ^_^

My goodies from my 1st blood donation!!!

I super like this sticker. So cute and people are really really nice to you! (Should say they treat everyone super nice even though u are already blood donors ^_^)

The hole in my hand. Not too bad cause didnt swollen too much. Heex! :)

Early in the morning was told that my lab is flooded with water!!! >.<"" Quite serious cause what if the water go into the machines and electrical plug and maybe whole building no electricity lorh...*OMG!*

So off I go..rushed into the lab and found that the condenser cable is loosen and all the water is flowing out. Abit panicked because if the LO (Lab Officer) comes in, she will surely scold one. Unfortunately, the first person to come in is one of the student's supervisor (SHE) who is well-known to have really bad temper!!! Haix! Spent the whole morning clearing up the mess. It's tiring work (but I really don't mind, cause the lab is really abit messy and dirty). What made me angry is that SHE just say i'm the one who cause all this mess just because I use it the day before. This is really crap. Who knows whether there's anyone using it after me. And I really sure that I did close the tap (TURN CLOCKWISE!)!!!

I think SHE wanted to complain to my supervisor. Hopefully nothing serious will happen to me! I think it's better to stay away from her from now on since I'm already on her blacklist. *Ohh dear!!!!*
